YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS JOB WILL BE:
- Customer service by phone, e-mail by mail and social networks.
- Distribution of customer letters and requests to colleague departments according to their content and form, tracking of responses, presentation of the final result to the customer.
- Help for customers using ATMs, in real time.
- Data aggregation, tracking, daily reports.
- Helping colleagues in developing and improving customer service services, implementing various projects.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You are communicative, have good computer literacy skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- You are able to express your ideas fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and English, orally and in writing. Knowing Russian is a big advantage.
- You are attentive to details, able to analyze and systematize information.
- You have empathy for the client, you can work both in a team and independently, you know how to plan, organize and monitor your activities.
- You are not afraid to face a large flow of information and unforeseen situations.
