You will be responsible for:
- Bringing customer orders into business programs used by the company;
- Customer claims resolution;
- Communication with Lithuanian and foreign customers by phone and CRM (Lithuanian and English);
- Orderly systematization and transmission of information;
- Preparation of commercial offers.
We hope you
- You have at least a higher education;
- You work well with a computer (MS Office (especially MS Excel), Outlook);
- You have experience with CRM systems (advantage);
- You know English (written and oral communication) (Russian is an advantage);
- You have customer service experience (advantage);
- You are communicative, positive and diligent;
- You are able to plan work, solve problems and achieve the agreed result.
