Nature of work
- Unpacking of received goods, preparation of sent goods for dispatch.
- Details accounting, storage.
- Communicating with clients on IT products and home appliance repair issues, consulting them over the phone.
- Working with the cash register and bank terminal.
- Accepting goods for repair, issuing repaired goods.
Employee requirements
- Experience in customer service.
- Customer orientation, excellent communication skills.
- Operativeness, independent work planning skills and attention to details.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge of IT, household appliances - a big advantage.
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage.
