Nature of work:

  • Serving existing and new company customers (B2B) in English;
  • Management and administration of customer orders;
  • Cooperation with colleagues and clients in solving everyday situations;
  • Analysis of clients' daily needs, counseling by phone, e-mail. by mail, etc.;
  • Maintaining constant communication with clients.

Employee requirements:

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English, German is a big advantage;
  • Successful experience of similar work;
  • Higher Education;
  • Customer orientation, persuasiveness, persistence and responsibility;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to organize one's activities both in a team and independently;
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package).
