WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE:
- Coordination of LEAN system implementation and management processes;
- Analysis of company processes and their improvement, guided by LEAN methods, preparation of related projects and their implementation;
- Initiation, integration of changes in processes, creation and maintenance of annual improvement plans;
- Assessment and implementation of new projects, selection of suitable LEAN tools for them;
- support and development of LEAN tools, organization and ensuring the integration of the LEAN process throughout the company;
- Training of employee improvement methods, introduction of newcomers to the LEAN system;
- Production and activity quality management (through KPI);
- Timely certification and ensuring compliance with certification standards (FSC, ISO, SURE standards);
- Coordinating external audits and performing internal audits;
- Preparation, approval, maintenance of appropriate documentation, internal procedures.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Experience in the use of process analysis, description and improvement methodologies, applying LEAN systems;
- Experience in project management, knowledge of quality management;
- Ability to work in a team, leadership skills, communication, organization, quick orientation;
- Enthusiasm, desire to learn, orientation to the result;
- Excellent computer literacy skills;
- Experience working with FSC standard would be an advantage.
