Responsibilities:
- Implementation of quality goals, quality assurance in all stages - from raw material receipt to presentation to the consumer.
- Identification and elimination of quality losses, analysis of received claims and organization of preventive actions and proactive solution of other quality problems.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, food safety quality standards and consumer requirements of all manufactured products.
- Organization, motivation and training of the team.
- Implementation of LEAN principles for continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the food industry or a similar field.
- Experience of similar work (successful experience of similar work in the fast-moving consumer goods sector would be considered an advantage).
- Project management competencies and ability to work with multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the relevant field - knowledge of the product/packaging development process, food safety, raw materials and packaging technology, etc.
- Effective communication and team management experience.
- Good English.
