Quality Manager

As an important member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the mission of the State Drug Control Service to protect human health and public safety by carefully ensuring and coordinating quality management LST EN ISO 9001 standard requirements.

1. prepare a plan for preparation, revision and updating of integrated management system documents;
2. participate in the preparation of department activity plans and annual activity reports, internal audit reports;
3. perform planned and unplanned audits of the integrated management system in the Office, prepare proposals for improving the integrated management system;
4. coordinate LST EN ISO 9001 accreditation work, cooperate with the National Accreditation Bureau;
5. carry out risk management and internal control performance assessment, if necessary coordinate risk management and internal control performance assessment.

1. have a higher university education and a bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification obtained after completing studies in the field of management or public administration in the field of business and public management sciences, or in the field of chemistry in the field of study in physical sciences, or in the field of biochemistry in the field of study in life sciences and work experience in the field of quality system management;
2. know the requirements of the standard LST EN ISO 9001 regulating the quality management system and be able to apply them in practice.
3. to be familiar with the documents regulating the quality management system of the Council of Europe's European Directorate for Medicines Quality and Health Care, the requirements of the LST EN ISO 9001 standard.
4. know the rules of document management and accounting, the rules of document preparation;
5. know English at B2 level;
6. be able to independently plan and organize your work.
