Nature of work
Ensure the company's quality management processes and resolve claims related to quality.
Workplace in Venta.
- General management of the company's customer claims, improvement of the quality management system
- Analyzing claims submitted by customers and making decisions on submitted claims
- Quality control of raw materials/components and manufactured products
- Initiating and ensuring the implementation of preventive actions to eliminate the causes of non-conformities
- Recording of quality inspection results in the company's IT systems, preparation of reports and proposals for quality improvement measures
- Filling out documents and reports
Workplace in Venta.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of English language (oral and written) at least B2
- Good general computer skills
- Experience in production processes and/or quality management
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards
