Nature of work:
🔹Form and implement buying and selling strategies in order to achieve optimal results;
🔹Form a pricing strategy that meets market needs and conduct negotiations with suppliers and buyers;
🔹Perform market analysis and make decisions that meet market needs;
🔹Organize business development and ensure its sustainability;
🔹Responsibly draw up and execute the budget and submit reports on the results achieved;
🔹Forming a team, developing it and efficiently organizing work;
🔹Set and implement KPI indicators;
🔹Perform other managerial duties.

🔹At least 3 years of successful managerial work experience in the field of commerce;
🔹Higher university education;
🔹Strategic approach to decision-making and reasoning;
🔹Excellent leadership, organizational and negotiation skills;
🔹Responsibility and accountability;
🔹Excellent planning skills taking into account priorities;
🔹 Other skills: MS Excel, PowerBI, active sales, company management.
