YOU WILL MANAGE ONE OF THE COMPANY GROUP OF COMPANIES THAT IS ENGAGED IN TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYEES LEASE IN GERMANY AND LITHUANIA

Improving and ensuring smooth and systematic day-to-day business administrative activities;
improvement of the company's organizational structure;
Continuous assessment, improvement and creation of internal and external business processes;
Business risk management, identification;
Management of the company's personnel, promotion of team growth and education;
Implementation and strengthening of the company's culture of innovation and technological solutions;
Implementation of the company's vision, plan and goals;
Initiation and implementation of the company's development plan;

Also:
Coordinate the rental process for Lithuanian citizens and foreigners;
Close cooperation with managers and employees of other companies, departments and solving current issues;
Initiation and coordination of various internal projects.

Work in Marijampole.

Not less than 5 years old. experience of managerial work in the highest positions of the company (required);
Clear evidence of available experience through implemented projects, changes, experience;
Excellent organizational, teamwork, planning, communication skills, ability to make decisions, leadership;
The ability to form an effective team and identify its talents;
Ability to develop, motivate and organize team work;
Knowledge of modern company management methods and experience in their application;
Orientation to process improvement;
Quickly analyze and adapt to the changing environment and markets;
