Nature of work
- Plans the work and tasks assigned to the department, organizes and coordinates their execution, terms, quality, keeps records of performed (completed) work, tasks and provides information and reports to the management.
- Determines directions, perspectives, strategy for the development and improvement of the department's activities, organizes and implements it;
- Analyzes the results of the department's work and makes suggestions related to the improvement of processes and their implementation;
- Controls the timely completion of existing and new department projects;
- Searches and selects contractors;
- Controls the quality of works performed by contractors and compliance with deadlines;
- Prepares documents related to projects carried out by the department;
- Controls orders for object materials and their delivery;
- Represents the company in state institutions, communicates with surveyors, architects, etc.
- Coordinates the preparation and submission of procurement documents for the department.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher university education;
- At least 3 years of managerial work experience in the field of construction/public space management;
- Certificate of qualification of a special structure construction manager in the sub-group of structures: communications, roads (advantage)
- Qualification certificate of a special construction project manager in the construction group: residential buildings (advantage).
- Ability to independently organize one's activities, solve problems, make decisions;
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, ability to initiate and manage change
- Teamwork skills
- Innovativeness/receptivity to innovation
- Ability to communicate fluently in writing and verbally
- Driver's licence B category).
