We are looking for a Training Manager
... who likes to communicate, enjoys public speaking and is always in the thick of things. If you want to contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of an international company's internal and external training strategy - we are waiting for you! We will trust you with:
- organization and administration of training (taking into account the needs and goals of the company and different departments);
- communication with training service providers (preparation of contracts, orders, coordination of estimates, management of documents and invoices);
- preparation and communication of educational or internal process description materials;
- creating the content of the training platform;
- counseling and training of employees - in matters of product, system management and sales skills;
- conducting group and personal training sessions or trainings, analyzing results, providing feedback and recommendations;
- involvement in the implementation of projects developed in the company;
- creation of knowledge verification tests, organization of verification, communication and analysis of results.
You will do well if:
- you have obtained a higher education and have experience in conducting job training or experience in the field of employment insurance (at least 2 years);
- has experience with learning management systems and/or e-learning development tools;
- has excellent time management, prioritization and task delegation skills;
- has such qualities as - creativity, initiative, diligence, responsibility, patience, cooperation, ability to train employees;
- is happy to communicate and has excellent public speaking skills;
- has very good skills in working with MS Office (especially Power Point), Excel programs;
- has excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages, knowledge of clerical work;
- has a category B driver's license.
