Airport operator(s) (aviation security functions, fixed-term contract)

7.64-8.12 €/hour Gross

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • carry out an aviation security check of persons;
  • ensure access control of persons to the airport's controlled area;
  • patrol and monitor the airport territory;
  • regulate passenger flows in the airport area and passenger terminal;
  • carry out escorts of persons and vehicles.

IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:

  • work experience in customer service, security or other related fields;
  • motivation to learn and improve in the field of aviation security;
  • responsibility, positivity, excellent communication skills, flexibility;
  • B cat. driver's license and the ability to come to work independently in Karmėlava;
  • no lower than secondary education;
  • the possibility to work in shifts with a sliding work schedule (including in the early hours);
  • impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania (checked before employment).

SALARY AND SCHEDULE:

2 levels of hourly wages are paid:

  • 7.64 eur/hour. before taxes (~850 eur/month in hand) - after joining the team
  • 8.12 eur/hour. before taxes (~900 eur/month in hand) - after attending aviation security training and passing the necessary exams (after ~1-1.5 months from employment)

Working in one shift (after 12 hours) schedule:

2 working days (04.00-16.00)
2 working days (9:00-21:00 or 10:00-22:00 or 11:00-23:00)
4 days off

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This employment contract is for a limited period (until October 31 of this year).
