Your tasks:
- Administer all business-related sales documents for assigned customers.
- Ensure that all documents from clients are received on time and are correct.
- Prepare and submit correct documentation to accounting and other departments, ensure that documents are submitted on time.
- Accurately enter data into the SAP (accounting) system and trade Navigator system for assigned customers.
We hope you:
- Has a university or higher education.
- Work experience in administration or sales.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Ability to plan and efficiently organize work.
- Analytical thinking.
