We are currently looking for a SALES MANAGER(S) who will be responsible for achieving exceptional sales and management results, securing market share, attracting the best projects and motivating the sales team with enthusiasm and energy, working with the team to achieve set sales goals.

We are currently looking for a SALES MANAGER(S) who will be responsible for achieving exceptional sales and management results, securing market share, attracting the best projects and motivating the sales team with enthusiasm and energy, working with the team to achieve set sales goals.

You will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of the company's product sales and market strategy.
- Effective sales development and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Development of activities and actions by increasing the sales margin.
- Negotiations ending in a mutually beneficial deal.
- Presentation and representation of the company's services.
- Search for new sales channels and partners.
- Setting goals and creating work standards for the sales team, in order to achieve the best sales results and ensure quality cooperation with customers.

- You have more than 4 years of work experience in sales development and execution.
- You have exceptionally strong analytical thinking.
- You effectively plan the work of the sales team and achieve the set goals.
- You are flexible, adaptable, responsive, open to solving problems "here and now".
- You are able to manage rapidly changing business circumstances.
- You are entrepreneurial, you are interested in global trends and good practices, you know how to see new opportunities, generate, justify and implement ideas.
