JOB FOR A STORE MANAGER WHO WANTS TO WORK ON THE FRONT LINES OF THE SALES TEAM AND BE A REAL SALES LEADER!
NATURE OF WORK:
- Training of employees, motivation to carry out quality sales, demonstration of a successful sales example
- Efficient organization of shop work
- Ensuring high-quality communication between store employees, between the store and the central office
- Ensuring the implementation of the goals set for the store
- Creating and maintaining a respectful, positive, results-oriented atmosphere in the store
- Ensuring compliance of the processes taking place in the store with the established requirements
- Preparation of reports on performance
Requirements for candidates:
- Very good skills in organizing work in the store, training employees, motivating them, providing feedback to employees
- Excellent personal selling skills and customer orientation
- Respect for customers, employees
- Willingness to delve deeper into the store's assortment, the processes taking place in the store, to look for opportunities and tools to increase sales, improve the quality of customer service
- Willingness to personally learn and form a culture of effective workplace learning in the store
- Computer literacy
- Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian (required)
- Experience working with food supplements, vitamins an advantage

From 1000 €/mon. net
