Nature of work
- Active and targeted search and selection of candidates;
- Finding ways to attract candidates, selecting search channels, generating ideas;
- Forming, hosting and administration of advertisements;
- Active participation in various talent attraction programs: job fairs, career days, cooperation initiatives with students;
- Primary and secondary selection, evaluation of candidates and informing them about the further selection process;
- Active communication and cooperation with department/department managers;
- Active communication related to the search/selection service, on the company's website, social networks, professional portals;
- Assistance in managing candidate databases.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of social sciences;
- Experience in personnel search and selection;
- Good knowledge of English and/or Russian (oral, written);
- Excellent time planning and organization skills;
- Ability to get to know people;
- Excellent business communication skills;
- Orientation to the result; initiative and the ability to work independently;
- Constant interest in the labor market, personnel management, and especially personnel search and selection innovations;
- Energy and positivity, openness and the ability to see and exploit opportunities.
