WE INVITE AN EMPLOYEE SELECTION SPECIALIST TO JOIN THE TEAM IN THE KLAIPĖDA DEPARTMENT!!!
YOUR TASKS:
Placing job ads on social networks;
Active search for new employees and organization of selection;
Conducting job interviews and evaluating candidates;
Work in CRM, RIVIĖS program;
Cooperation with the personnel team in the development and implementation of personnel management/administration projects.
Cooperation with heads of project management departments.
Reporting.
YOUR TASKS:

Employee requirements
You would have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting and selecting qualified employees;
Experience in the selection of shipbuilding specialists - we would consider it a big advantage!
Russian - necessary; English language. - an advantage;

not afraid of challenges, energetic;
motivated and result-oriented.
