Responsibilities
- Organize and carry out personnel search and selection in the office;
- Organize staff search in stores;
- Coordinate practices in the company;
- Advise and train managers on employee search and selection issues, visiting departments throughout Lithuania as needed;
- To prepare and disseminate information related to the search and attraction of employees in social. in networks, MOKI VEŽI career page;
- Independently represent the company in cooperation with educational institutions;
- Preparation and administration of personnel documents (work with the Vikarina program);
- Carry out information analysis, record indicators, prepare reports, submit proposals on recruitment, search and selection of employees;
- Participate in various projects of the personnel department (internal communication, organization of events, improvement of the microclimate, etc.).
We hope that
- You have experience in carrying out selections for positions at various levels (within the organization or at a selection agency);
- You fluently express your thoughts in writing and orally in Lithuanian, you understand English (for social networks, professional information, use of social networks, etc.);
- You are positive, communicative, attentive to details, result-oriented;
- You have obtained at least a higher non-university education (advantage in the field of psychology, business management, human resources, social sciences);
- You know how to work with MS Excel, Word (other programs are an advantage);
- You have a category B driver's license and are willing to visit stores for management consulting (as needed, approximately once a month).
