- Administration of personnel documents (recruitment, conclusion of employment contracts, change, termination, timekeeping, etc.);
- Information systematization and analysis;
- Search and selection of employees;
- Identification of employees' need for training and their organization;
- Contributing to the development and implementation of personnel management policy;
- Participation in the organization's personnel projects and initiatives.
Employee requirements
YOU WILL FIT IN PERFECTLY IF:
- Have (or are currently seeking to obtain) higher/higher education in the field of psychology, human resource management or organizational management;
- You are responsible, diligent, have analytical thinking;
- You have excellent communication skills, you would like to contribute to improving internal communication, organizing surveys and events;
- Has ideas about how to improve the employee experience cycle in the organization.
