We expect from you
- acquired higher university education;
- work experience in the field of personnel;
- knowledge of the labor code and the ability to apply it in practice;
- excellent Lithuanian language (written and spoken);
- good knowledge of Russian and/or English (written and spoken);
- good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- ability to plan your time, skills for solving non-standard situations;
- ability to work individually and in a team;
- category B driver's license.
Waiting for you
- I administer assigned temporary workers by recruiting, providing work tools and consulting on various issues related to work;
- I will serve assigned customers in order to provide quality services;
- will process the information necessary for the payment of wages of temporary employees and the issuing of customer invoices;
- bring data into business management systems and analyze them;
- in cooperation with the personnel selection team, you will ensure the fulfillment of customer orders;
- will provide feedback on project execution to clients and the team;
- you will have the opportunity to improve operational processes using Lean tools.
