We are the leading personnel selection and recruitment company BIURO. We are growing and we invite a personnel selection specialist to join our professional and friendly team in Klaipėda. We offer:

Work schedule: I-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Place of work: Pilies st., Klaipėda.

• characterized by positivity, empathy and excellent communication skills (on the phone and in person);
• successful experience in the field of employee search/personnel/sales/customer service (at least 1 year);
• excellent planning and prioritization skills;
• higher education;
• ability to communicate in Russian or english

If you have a driver's license - we will consider it an advantage.

• consulting candidates by phone and conducting job interviews;
• evaluating the candidate and providing detailed information about the future workplace;
• maintaining contact with clients and consulting on relevant issues of the selection process;
• active search of candidates in internal and external databases;
• creation of job advertisements and preparation of reports.
