ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PRESIDENT

Effectively plan and promptly administer the manager's agenda;
Manage internal and external information flows addressed to the manager, assess the relevance of information and ensure its timely transmission;
Mediate ensuring smooth multifaceted communication;
According to his competence, to control the form, content, terms of the documents submitted to the manager for signing;
Prepare various types of letters, reports;
After coordination, delegate tasks to responsible employees;
Control deadlines for tasks assigned to the manager's subordinates and ensure feedback;
Carry out other direct manager's assignments in a timely and accurate manner.

Higher university education;
At least 2-3 years. successful experience as an administrator or similar work;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
Knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian (advantage);
Knowledge of correspondence and business etiquette;
Very good communication skills, diplomacy, quick orientation, work time planning, ability to set priorities;
Driver's license.
