Nature of work:
- organization of the work of the occupational safety and health service;
- communication with the company's departments, consulting managers/employees on occupational safety and health, fire and civil safety issues;
- conducting preventive unit inspections throughout Lithuania;
- company representation or participation in inspections conducted by external authorities;
- preparation of various trainings, recommendations, information materials;
- organizing formal trainings, conducting informal trainings for company employees;
- organization and coordination of professional risk assessment in the company;
- organization of employee health checks;
- investigation of accidents, incidents, occupational diseases, planning and implementation of preventive measures;
- change, update, adaptation of the company's internal documents, taking into account changes in normative legal acts;
- data analysis, preparation of reports;
- providing suggestions on how to improve the state/culture of employee safety and fire safety in the company.
Requirements:
- occupational safety and health specialist certificate;
- higher university education;
- similar work experience (work in a company with similar specifics - a big advantage);
- knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire and civil safety legislation;
- category B driver's license;
- English language skills, Russian language knowledge (advantage);
- ability to work in a team and independently;
- responsibility, honesty, initiative.
