We invite a PERSONNEL MANAGER to join the Vilmers team, who is waiting for:

• Formation of the employer's image;
  
• Development and implementation of personnel management strategy;
  
• Organization and coordination of activities of the personnel department;
  
• Implementation of the company's activities and processes in all areas of personnel management;
  
• Analyzing trends and indicators in order to increase organizational efficiency and improve employee experience.
  

The new Vilmers team member will have the opportunity to improve competencies or develop missing professional knowledge, therefore candidates who do not feel strong in a certain area, but have a great desire and motivation to grow and improve, are also invited to join the team.

We are looking for a new team member who:

• Has accumulated at least 2 years. successful experience in personnel management;
  
• He has obtained a higher university education;
  
• Knows all areas of human resources management (selection and integration processes, reward policy, employee training, management of labor relations, employer's image, organizational culture, etc.);
  
• Communicates well in English (written and spoken);
  
• Has excellent work planning and organization skills, is able to manage complex situations, quickly find solutions;
  
• You want to work in a dynamic environment together with an energetic, ambitious and challenging team;
  
• Able to integrate artificial intelligence tools and other technologies into daily tasks (advantage).
