Nature of work and responsibilities 👌
- Work with LSS program, mobile application;
- Checking the system, whether the cars are in the correct working locations, whether they are not stuck anywhere;
- Regulation of car flows in the system;
- Checking the list of cars in the system;
- Responsibility for the correct inventory indicators in the application - this means that the users of the application must have entered the correct data;
- Detailed approach to details, checking prices in the system;
Requirements for the employee 👌
- Higher education, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, IT or related field;
- Very good oral and written English;
- Process management experience;
- Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts, an advantage;
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems;
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools;
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex processes, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions;
- Management experience. Experience in leading projects or teams, especially in cross-functional roles where coordination between different departments is critical;
- Project management skills: ability to effectively manage projects, often meeting tight deadlines;
