Main tasks and responsibilities:
o Control and monitor client’s needs and Contract Variations
o Request/gather the information from different departments regarding the reason for the variation, understanding of it's scope and impact
o Prepare Commercial and Technical proposals for Variation Orders (scope, assumptions and exclusions, economic impact, and extension of time)
o Negotiation with Customer/FIDIC
o Forecasting and checking correct imputation of the Variations
o Implementation of the variation program (experienced in Microsoft Project)
o Control the progress of the variations and gather the information about the process for possible court cases
o Support other activities in the plan and control department

We expect that you:
- Have up to 2 years of experience in EPC projects or other projects in construction and energy sector. Experience in plan & cost department or tender department is desirable.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical or similar).
- Have excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project skills.
- Have experience in writing technical reports.
- Have good understanding of sub & superstructure construction works.
- Have decisive and quick-thinking
- Have great verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Attentive to detail.
- Speak Lithuanian and English (business level)
