We will trust you:
- Guide the designers of solar power plants, solar parks and electric car charging stations;
- Plan and organize team activities;
- Conduct competence and leadership development of existing team members, selection of new team members, and induction into the team;
- To be responsible for the performance of the team and the achievement of goals;
- Timely identification of problems and finding a creative solution to them, as well as getting involved in improving processes and maintaining procedures;
- Control of project documentation and search for rational solutions;
- Cooperation and communication with managers and employees of other departments of the company in the implementation of common tasks or projects.
- Checking and approving projects prepared by external and internal designers, ensuring their correctness.
We would like you to:
- You would have experience in leading design or engineering teams, at least 2 years;
- You would be able to effectively plan both your time and that of your team members;
- You would have a higher engineering education (in the field of electrical engineering or renewable energy would be an advantage).
- You would be proactive, responsible, communicative, able to work with a team and independently;
- You would have work experience in preparing and coordinating new user or producer connection, network reconstruction projects to ESO or Litgrid networks. (projects of solar power plants, solar parks, wind parks or charging stations would be an advantage);
- You would be able to contribute to the implementation of wind park projects by checking and approving projects.
- You would have experience in designing 10-400 kV voltage networks;
- You would be able to prepare and coordinate projects both independently and with a team;
- You would have very good skills in working with MS Office and AutoCAD programs;
- You should be able to read topographical and construction drawings;
- You can read electrical diagrams perfectly;
- You would have a category B driver's license;
- You would have good written and spoken English language skills;
- It would be an advantage if you had a certificate of qualification for project part manager and project manager (electrical engineering 110-400 kV).
