Nature of work

  • Assistance to the Design Project Manager in tendering designers, managing project preparation, ensuring a smooth design process;
  • Dissemination of information/communication with developers of project parts, other project or construction participants;
  • Preparation of reports, technical or other documentation, minutes of meetings (discussions);
  • Assisting the Design Project Manager in checking the compatibility of different parts of the project;
  • Controlling the schedule for the preparation of project parts and identifying potential risks;
  • Assistance to the Design Project Manager in coordinating the projects being prepared with the institutions, obtaining documents allowing construction;
  • Independent preparation of project part(s) (advantage).

Employee requirements

  • You have (plan to obtain) higher/higher education in the field of construction or engineering;
  • You know design and construction processes, construction technical regulations;
  • You know how to work in AutoCad, Office, etc. computer programs (revit (or other programs suitable for BIM preparation) or participation in BIM projects is an advantage);
  • You have good oral and written English language skills;
  • You have good time planning and organization skills;
  • You are energetic, responsible and seek to improve in the professional field;
  • Residential, public, production or other. independent preparation of project part(s) of destination projects (advantage);
  • Construction price calculation (advantage).
