Team/Job Manager

Organizing the work of the technical team (6-9 specialists);
Maintenance, management and control of building engineering equipment;
Organizing and ensuring work safety;
Preparation of defective acts in the correct Lithuanian language;
Preparation of estimates, correctly estimating the quantities of materials/equipment and the necessary work time costs;
Completion and control of technical documentation;
Interest in innovations in the technical field and legislation regulating the supervision of the engineering sector.

Technical education (in heat, ventilation, electricity, refrigeration or construction);
Ability to independently plan, organize and carry out work;
Responsibility, communication and drive;
category B driver's license;
Computer literacy.

Work experience in the field of building engineering systems;
Know fire protection systems;
English proficiency;
Qualification certificates.
