Project administrator - coordinator

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company and we are currently looking for an energetic and responsible project administrator-coordinator to join our team. You would be responsible for project administration processes, documentation management and communication with employees.

Nature of work:
Personnel management in foreign projects;
Organization of employee business trips;
Employee rotation planning;
Preparation of documents and reports;
Data entry into the system;
Search and selection of employees as needed;
Help for the manager.

Higher university education;
Similar work experience, project management work experience is an advantage;
Good knowledge of English (understanding, speaking, writing), Russian - an advantage;
Computer literacy for working with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Quick orientation, responsibility and ability to work in a team.
