We are looking for a colleague who:
- ensured the management of advanced projects in the company, related methodological documents, processes and tools (implemented a high-level project management standard);
- ensured the planning, control and compliance of the company's projects with the strategy;
- analyze and prepare annual proposals for the initiation of new projects;
- manage the company's project portfolio (more than 50 projects), track project resources and help distribute them;
- systematized and analyzed project information and periodically provided it to the company's management team;
- organized and coordinated the activities of project supervision and change management committees;
- strengthened project management practices in the project management department and organization, implementing good practices, providing methodological support and consultations, organizing and conducting trainings;
- would help monitor and manage project risks.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher or equivalent education;
- excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, standards and tools (Confluence, Jira);
- Possession of PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 project management certificates (would be an advantage);
- knowledge of information technology management standards, methodologies and good practices (COBIT, ITIL, Agile) and experience in their practical application (advantage);
- at least 2 (two) years of work experience in the field of project management, implementing and administering PMO management processes (an advantage is work experience in a medium or large organization characterized by high project management maturity);
- ability to effectively communicate with employees and managers of various experiences;
- ability and experience to moderate discussions, training sessions;
- analytical thinking, ability to formulate insights based on data, make proposals for possible solutions and present them to interested persons;
- knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

- salary from EUR 2,941 with taxes (EUR 2,941 - EUR 4,411 with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
