Nature of work
- Planning, organization, coordination and control of works of engineering networks (heat networks, water supply and sewage networks), construction objects in terms of quality and time;
- Management of a group of subordinate employees, control of their work;
- Coordination and control of subcontractors' work;
- Determining the need for the materials and mechanisms required for the construction object, assembling;
- Ensuring and controlling compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety, civil safety, hygiene and environmental requirements;
- Calculation and evaluation of the actual quantities of work performed;
- Preparation of construction technical documentation;
- Preparation of progress reports and other necessary documentation;
- Solving technical issues with customers and designers.
Employee requirements
- Advanced construction engineering education;
- Responsibility, flexibility, excellent analytical skills;
- Planning, organization of construction works, completion of construction documentation;
- Ability to delegate tasks, work in a team, make reasoned decisions, solve problems and lead a team;
- Oral and written knowledge of the German language is required;
- Driver's license.
