Nature of work
- project planning, management and control;
- coordinating, analyzing and improving projects, taking into account the client's needs;
- communication with project partners, inspecting institutions and other project participants;
- ensuring work deadlines and quality requirements;
- coordination of supply of equipment and materials to facilities;
- actuations of completed works;
- control of the fulfillment of work safety requirements in facilities.
Employee requirements
- higher engineering/electrical education;
- at least 3 years of work experience in the field of energy project management is desirable;
- knowledge and application of construction technical regulations;
- knowledge and application of laws and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, regulating construction and energy activities;
- English language skills;
- excellent computer skills;
- analytical thinking, good communication and planning skills, ability to accumulate, systematize, summarize and analyze information;
- driver's license (category B) is required;
- knowledge of worker safety and health requirements.

Reward Information:
- remuneration from 3000-4500 EUR GROSS. A variable part of the remuneration and/or bonuses are also expected, taking into account work results and established indicators, which are determined in the employment contract and/or another internal document of the employer. The specific monthly remuneration is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.

Tetas UAB's main activity is related to the design of production and industrial structures, the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of transformer substations and distribution points, electricity transmission lines; operation of power grid relay protection and automation, special electrical devices, electrical installation, equipment testing and diagnostics; testing of protective equipment.
