Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Project Manager[b]to the [b]Šiaulių banka group team, who is ready work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
Every day you will be #closer to:
- I plan and organize the implementation of the Bank's real estate, reconstruction and repair works;
- I will administer the processes of renting, buying and selling the Bank's immovable and movable assets;
- You will be responsible for the control of existing contracts and the efficient use of the Bank's unused assets;
- Search for property to rent or buy;
- I organize tenders for contractors and service providers;
- I will take care of malfunctions of the Bank's movable and immovable property, I will organize troubleshooting;
- I will analyze and calculate greenhouse gases (GHG) in the areas supervised by the department.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher university education;
- Work experience in the field of asset management;
- knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge in real estate construction/reconstruction and rental processes;
- Know the laws governing the field of real estate maintenance and construction;
- Initiative, responsibility, ability to communicate and cooperate;
- Excellent negotiation skills and willingness to help colleagues in resolving issues.
