NATURE OF WORK
- Construction project(s) budget planning and efficient resource allocation
- Analysis of the financial indicators of the project(s) and ensuring their implementation
- Project and construction process planning, management, coordination and quality assurance
- Cooperation with clients and subcontractors on project(s) management issues
- Analysis, evaluation and integration of effective, rational project solutions into the supervised project
- Effective planning and organization of construction works and control of ensuring deadlines
- Project documentation administration and financial flow planning
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher engineering education
- Successful work experience in the position of project manager
- Orientation to the result, responsibility, diligence, duty and organization
- Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Office, MS Project and other programs
- Driver's licence B category
