We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Team Lead to manage our recruitment team and oversee the end-to-end recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in recruiting, people management, and developing recruiting strategies aligned with business goals. This role requires outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and a thorough understanding of recruiting best practices.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire hiring process end-to-end - identify hiring needs, communicate with hiring agencies, draft job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct assessments, make hiring decisions, extend job offers, and onboard new hires when/if needed;
  • Set recruitment goals, strategies and policies to source, attract and hire top talent;
  • Lead a team of recruitment specialists by providing training, assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing feedback;
  • Develop relationships with business leaders to understand their talent needs and work with hiring managers to identify candidate profiles for open roles;
  • Evaluate candidates objectively using defined criteria and ensure team members follow fair assessment practices;
  • Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all recruitment activities and maintain confidentiality;
  • Stay current on the latest recruitment trends, strategies and technologies by reading reports, attending conferences, and finding ways to optimise recruiting;
  • Manage recruitment budgets, metrics and reporting by tracking costs and analysing hiring data such as time-to-fill and source of hire;
  • Promote the employer brand by marketing open positions;
  • Use HR and recruitment technologies to post jobs, communicate with candidates, organise applicant information, and more;
  • Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent management;
  • Degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or related field is preferable;
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership skills;
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities;
  • Strategic thinking abilities;
  • Responsibility for work quality and outcomes;
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (knowledge of Russian would be a plus);
  • Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Salary

2807-3141 €/mon. gross
