Currently Company is looking for a new colleague – Field Sales Manager Baltics for Pet Professional Pillar.

The Role

Your main responsibility will be to secure sales growth within Pet Professional Pillar (veterinarian clinics, breeders, and shelters). You will manage, develop, and motivate a team of sales professionals (based in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) and will be responsible of all the processes, procedures, and ways of work of the team to ensure a lean and efficient collaboration within the team, between two sales pillars and within the Royal Canin Central Northern Europe cluster when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand promotion and product distribution (mainly VET and PRO ranges) in Veterinary clinics and towards Breeder & Shelters across Baltics
  • Implement business strategies and engage team for annual sales terms, negotiations with clients, perform analysis of market and competency, define sales objectives for the team and perform analysis of results
  • Create and develop sales opportunities with both existing and potential new clients
  • Manage the sales team under the strategies aligned with the vision and values of Royal Canin
  • Implement and execute field sales & marketing activities plans
  • Implement clear reporting process to track PP Baltics Field sales team and individual performances on set targets
  • Own Sales Incentive Plan: set targets and manage process

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years people management experience. Proven track record in development and engagement of associates and a team
  • 5+ years’ experience in field sales or Key clients
  • University degree (preferable in Management, Marketing or Veterinary Medicine)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Royal Canin Brand and values as well as of the Pet Professional (veterinary clinics, breeders, shelters) market
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Driving License (business travel is an important part of the job)
  • Proactive, result-oriented, forward-thinking personality
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
