- Analysis of information systems;
- Preparation of detailed operational requirements specifications;
- Analyzing the requirements for system operation - preparation of detailed specifications for system operation, development, modernization, system operation design;
- Participation in system programming, testing, acceptance testing, documentation, training and maintenance activities;
- Carrying out a detailed assessment of the specification of operational requirements;
- You will be part of a team that helps the public sector have better systems, helps them work more efficiently, handling various declarations, data exchange between systems or even states, etc. tasks;
- You can help design more convenient and efficient e-mails. services, you can help find solutions and design systems that will contribute to e- increasing the quality of services in Lithuania and beyond.
Requirements
- Higher or higher education (preferably in the field of IT);
- At least 2 years of detailed system analysis, design and detailed specification experience;
- Ability to perform initial assessment of requirements, their scope and complexity, and process analysis and documentation;
- The ability to both analyze and design the operation of a new system or part of it, and to be able to delve into an already functioning system and analyze its necessary development or improvement;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Leadership competencies: analytical and systemic thinking, initiative;
- Responsibility;
- Communication: the ability to speak, listen and write, to ask appropriate questions to the Customer in order to clarify the operational requirements of the designed system;
- Ability to write specifications simply and clearly and accurately so that I can understand the performance expected by the Customer and the programmers can program accurately.
