We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager (to work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects and sales promotion)!

Job description:

  • You will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of the Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) tool, including feature exploitation, finding new features, testing and implementation
  • You will introduce and train colleagues to use Salesforce capabilities, functions and usage
  • You will initiate Salesforce projects and be responsible for their testing, control and reporting
  • You will work with various departments of the company to provide ideas on how to use the system to increase sales, traffic, advertising effectiveness, etc.
  • Together with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Salesforce Implementation Manager, you will work on personalization, the creation and use of dynamic scenarios across the enterprise, the creation of segments and their use in advertising
  • You will participate in other marketing projects, work with Salesforce integrations, data import and slices, dynamic content programming of scripts, setting rules and logics
  • You will work closely with IT, Sales and Marketing teams, Data Analysts and the Salesforce Enablement Manager to ensure optimal use of the platform

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Implement Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) functions to achieve company goals, including creating an email/direct marketing business model.
  • Innovate and use Marketing Cloud functions for company purposes.
  • Work with personalization, automation, direct marketing and other functions.
  • Create and configure data models, data slices and import.
  • Analyze campaign results and make decisions for their improvement.
  • Be guided by business goals and technical requirements when creating solutions.
  • Act as a consultant and teacher in projects including e- email campaigns and customer service solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the platform and data channels.
  • Advise teams on the latest technologies and e- mail solutions.
  • Participate in optimization of internal processes and other marketing projects.

We expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting and query creation
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Experience with multi-channel subscriber management, direct marketing, newsletters, segmentation and automation
  • Extensive knowledge of database marketing, LWCs, integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly provide solutions and recommendations
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of Javascript and Ampscript, experience working in a SCRUM team, good understanding of Agile methodologies - an advantage
