Nature of work
- Detailed customer consultation about the services provided by the entire Spa complex;
- Work nSoft/nPoint program;
- Supervision of the work of the Skandas Spa complex;
- Communication with clients, independent solution of various situations;
- Work with the cash register and card terminal;
- Communication through Spa center communication channels – e-mail. by mail, phone and ect.
Employee requirements
Experience in customer service and/or sales;
Quick orientation and excellent conflict resolution skills;
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office programs);
Communicability, positivity, flexibility, helpfulness, thoroughness, attentiveness, honesty;
Advantage - ability to work with nSoft program (without paying - we train);
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
Basics of the Russian language;
Knowledge of etiquette.
