Nature of work

  • preparation of product labeling information;
  • preparation, management and timely updating of product and raw material specifications;
  • preparation and updating of catalogs of specifications for labels, covers, films, additives and spices;
  • preparation of descriptions of technological processes;
  • participation in the development process of new products;
  • participation in audits taking place in the production workshop;
  • adding recipes to the program.

Employee requirements

  • higher education in food technology;
  • Knowledge and ability to apply EU and LR legal acts regulating quality management systems, marking, standards in practice;
  • knowledge of the quality requirements of technological processes, raw materials and food additives;
  • ability to manage and systematize information, draw conclusions.

Salary
