Nature of work
- Manage the progress of construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the construction project;
- Ensure and control the performance of construction works according to the set deadlines;
- Cooperate with contractors on construction work management issues;
- Coordinate and control the work progress of contractors and their employees;
- Comply with work performance technologies and quality assurance/control requirements;
- Prepare documentation related to construction execution and maintenance;
- Control the fulfillment of contractual obligations of contractors;
- Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction site.
Requirements
- Higher/higher engineering education;
- Certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of a special construction manager;
- At least 5 years of successful work experience as a structural construction manager;
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate the construction of the structure;
- Ability to work with AutoCad, MS Project programs;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- category B driver's license;
- Employee safety and health, fire safety certificates;
- Experience in large-scale construction projects.

Basic (tariff) salary ranges from 25 EUR/hour. up to 35 EUR/hour depending on experience.
The employment contract specifies and determines the hourly rate wage before taxes.
