The construction management team is inviting a Structural Construction Manager to join. Do you want to shape the face of the modern city together? - let's get to know each other.
Nature of work:
- Control construction (including special) works, ensuring the quality of works performed in the construction project, deadlines and the proper course of technological processes;
- Cooperate with subcontractors on construction work management issues;
- Coordinate and control the work progress of employees and subcontractors;
- Prepare documentation related to construction execution and maintenance;
- Control the quantities of materials and completed works;
- Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety and environmental requirements in the construction site.
Requirements:
- Higher construction/engineering education;
- Certificate of qualification, entitling to hold the position of construction manager;
- At least 5 years of work experience as a structural construction manager;
- Employee safety and health, fire safety certificates;
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate the construction of the structure;
- Experience in large-scale construction projects.;
- Excellent negotiation, organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a team and organize large-scale work;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
- Experience working in digital tool environments: Dalux, BIM – an advantage.

Salary
2000-3000 €/mon. net
Salary will depend on the candidate's competencies and will be discussed and agreed upon in more detail during negotiations with the selected candidate.
