Nature of work
Supervise the works (installation) of aluminum prefabricated and elemental facades/PVC window doors in the designated objects and ensure their completion on time:
- Organize and control the construction work performed by workers and subcontractors on the site. Ensure execution of work according to the schedule;
- To ensure the quality of construction works in accordance with technological requirements;
- Fill in the documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction works;
- Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction facility;
- To control the quantities of materials and completed work, to prepare acts of completed work;
- Accept, transfer the work front, completed works, construction documentation according to the procedure established by the company;
- Fill out time sheets and payroll;
- Execute material orders and write-offs.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced engineering education;
- Work experience of construction works manager;
- Knowledge of construction works;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Organizational abilities, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
- Ability to work independently and manage teams.
It is important
- Work experience in planning and organizing aluminum facade installation works;
- Employee safety and health, fire safety certificates;
- Lifting crane work manager's certificate;
- Certificate of construction manager.
