We invite a Construction Work Manager to join the "Civinity" group of companies for the organization of co-construction works.
Nature of work
- Planning and organization of joint construction works in objects;
- Control of the quality and deadlines of the work performed;
- Control of established budget indicators;
- Management of subordinate employees and their motivation;
- Preparation of technical documentation, reading drawings;
- Preparation of estimates for joint construction works.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher technical education;
- Similar work experience;
- Knowledge of construction technological processes;
- Task allocation, control and time planning skills;
- Conflict management skills;
- Immovable cultural heritage protection spec. certificate is an advantage.
