- Management of construction works at the facility (employee teams, subcontractors);
- Assignment of tasks to employees and performance control;
- Ensuring work safety and environmental requirements;
- Ordering of materials, control of planned resources;
- Control of the quantities of materials and performed works;
- Attaching completed works, preparing and filling documentation.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced engineering education;
- Certificate of qualification for the construction of special structures;
- Work experience of construction works manager (at least 5 years);
- Knowledge of construction works;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Organizational abilities, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
- Ability to work independently and manage teams;
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's licence B category).
