Assistant to the construction manager

Nature of work

Your main responsibility is to help and assist the work manager at the construction site.

  • Completing construction documentation
  • Participation in production meetings, communication with responsible construction participants.
  • Analysis of project documentation, calculation/checking of quantities of materials and works, reading and analysis of drawings.
  • Ensuring object order, work safety
  • Preparation and administration of documents and various object documentation.
  • Calculating the quantities of completed works
  • Execution of other works assigned by the construction manager

Employee requirements

  • Knowledge of construction technologies
  • Experience of similar work in the position of assistant manager of construction works or foreman or in engineering, energy, construction, similar profile jobs
  • Independence, responsibility
  • Computer skills (MS Office, advantage – AutoCAD, MS Project, Trimble)
  • Knowledge of construction processes.
  • Ability to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of construction technical documents and regulations
