Main responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and maintenance of the project part;
- Cooperation with contractors and subcontractors, control and coordination of their work in the facility;
- Preparation and management of technical and other documentation and preparation of weekly reports;
- Supervision of the quality of work performed, control of processes, technologies and deadlines;
- Ensuring optimal use of resources allocated to the project.
What to expect:
- Higher engineering education;
- At least 10 years of work experience in a similar position. Large-scale projects an advantage;
- Be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation;
- Be able to work individually and in a team;
- Have excellent organizational, communication and time planning skills;
- Have a valid certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of special construction manager;
- Good English language skills (written and spoken);
- Have a category B driver's license.
