What tasks await:

JOB POSITION AVAILABLE IN KAUNAS OR VILNIUS.

  • effectively manage and shape the process of planning and implementing the company's strategy, in direct cooperation with the company's management team and organizing strategic sessions;
  • to carry out monitoring, evaluation and analysis of the implementation of the company's strategic plan, to provide insights and reports to interested parties;
  • ensure appropriate and timely communication of the strategic business plan at the company level;
  • organize the activities of subordinate employees, ensuring the proper and timely implementation of the company's strategic projects, the process of risk identification, assessment and management, the implementation of the principles of sustainability and harmonious activity in social, economic and environmental directions;
  • develop, coordinate and streamline processes in the areas of company strategy development, risk management, implementation of sustainability principles and strategic project management;
  • perform other tasks in the company's strategic planning, strategy implementation, risk management, strategic project management, sustainability and other issues related to these areas;
  • develop and motivate a team of subordinate employees.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • has obtained a university education, preferably in the fields of business management, economics;
  • should have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of company strategy management (advantage – in a road infrastructure company);
  • is familiar with project management methodologies (PMBOK, AGILE or others) (project management certificate is an advantage);
  • has experience in applying tools and models for process planning and operational efficiency;
  • has experience in risk management of company operations.
  • characterized by analytical and strategic thinking, focused on high-level standards and results;
  • has the qualities of a leader, is ambitious, open to innovation, able to motivate the team;
  • have a driver's license (category B);
  • knows English.

The company is responsible for the maintenance of 21,000 km of state roads, i.e. in winter it ensures that the roads are passable, in spring-autumn it improves the quality of roads by renovating worn road surfaces, profiling gravel roads, maintaining roadside structures, greenery, etc.
